Individual elements fused into strong compositions, give Lynne's artwork a textural, multi-layered personality. She indulges her curiosity and desire to explore the color, style and surface of different art mediums by drawing upon photography, printmaking, digital techniques, watercolor and acrylic paint to design her art. Blended within these creations you may see paper, clay, metal or found objects.

Lynne has shared her artistic vision in numerous local venues, with a total of 14 solo shows in her home state of Indiana. Additionally, her work has been shown in a dozen states across the U.S., including exhibits in Cincinnati, Chicago, Washington D.C., Phoenix and New York. She also has art in corporate and private collections.

With the exception of basic art instruction in high school, and select photography classes as an adult, Lynne is a self-educated artist. She enjoys researching, experimenting and learning at her own pace. Taking photography classes rekindled a childhood passion for art and led to experimentation with alternate photo processes, digital techniques and hand-painting photos. That exploration, in turn, led to digital art, mixed media collage, painting and, ultimately, to her current art technique. Workshops & classes that have furthered her abilities include those in pottery, fused glass, drawing, watercolors and printmaking. Sharing her enthusiasm for art, Lynne presents workshops, classes and one-on-one instruction.

Lynne was born in Cumberland, Indiana, at that time a small suburb east of Indianapolis. She spent each summer boating, skiing, swimming and enjoying the natural surroundings on a lake near Nashville, Indiana. Nature still plays a part in many of her artistic creations! After living in various locations within the city she settled in the suburb of Brownsburg, Indiana, located just west of Indianapolis and has lived there for over 25 years.
